Lattakia, SANA- A Russian aid plane arrived Wednesday at Lattakia International Airport to earthquake-affected people .
Director of Lattakia Airport, Eng. Ziyad al-Tawil told SANA reporter that the plane carries 20 tons of foodstuffs and relief aid to the earthquake-affected people.
