A firefighter and a policeman honored for their honesty during rescue operations in Aleppo

Aleppo, SANA- Upon the directives of President Bashar al-Assad, Aleppo Governor Hussein Diab awarded firefighter Walid Houri and police officer Osama al-Dali for their dedication to work and honesty.

The two men had found and returned a large sum of money and gold during their participation in the rescue operations and rubble removal due to the earthquake in Aleppo.

The governor praised the efforts made by the rescuers and their bravery and honesty, noting that this recognition is for their efforts which reflect the noble values of the Syrian people.

During their participation in the rescue operation, 4 people have been rescued and the bodies of 35 people have been pulled out from under the rubble.
