Six bodies pulled out from under a collapsed building in Jableh

Lattakia, SANA- Rescue teams have pulled out six bodies from under the rubble of a collapsed building due to the earthquake in al-Maliyeh Street in Jableh city.

Six bodies have been recovered from the al-Maliyeh (Finance) Building in Jableh up till now, and nine possible bodies are being searched for under the rubble, Brigadier General of the Syrian Arab Army, Bassam Nassif, said in a statement.

The head of the civil defense rescue team in Jableh, Lieutenant Colonel Suleiman, stated that the rubble removal operations are continuing with the participation of the Russian rescue team.
