Health Ministry: 136 new coronavirus cases recorded, 20 other cases recover, 6 pass away

Damascus, SANA-  The Health Ministry announced on Tuesday that 136 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Syria, adding that 20 other cases recovered, while 6 passed away.

In a statement, the Ministry noted that the total number of the coronavirus cases reported in Syria has reached up to 27,915 till now, of which 22,471 have recovered, while 2013 have passed away.

The first coronavirus case was detected in Syria on March 22^nd in a person who came from abroad, while the first fatality was reported on the 29^th of the same month.
