Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will continue to rise to become from 6 to 9 degrees above average as the country is affected by a high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds, while the weather will be cold at night, warning against frost over the mountains.
The wind will be of changeable direction to southeasterly with a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 19/7, Daraa 16/4, Homs 18/5, Lattakia 22/16, Aleppo 18/6 and Deir Ezzor 23/7.
