Damascus, SANA-Tishreen football team boosted its top place on the list of the Syrian Premier League after beating al-Shorta 1-0 in a match that was held in Lattakia on Thursday.
In Damascus, al-Wathba tied with al-Jaish 1-1. For its part, Hiteen beat al-Karama 1-0 in a game that was held in Homs.
Meanwhile, al-Wahda tied with al-Talia’a in Damascus, while in Hama, al-Nawa’er tied with al-Etiahd 3-3.
In light of those results, Tishreen remained in the top with 49 points, al-Wathba comes second with 43, al-Jaish with 41, al-Etihad and al-Wahda with 37 points for each.
