Conference of quadripartite information exchange center in Baghdad reviews counter-terrorism achievements

Baghdad, SANA – The 4th annual conference of the quadripartite information exchange and coordination center was held in Baghdad on Saturday.

The representatives of the center’s four member countries (Syria, Iraq, Russia, and Iran) reviewed the center’s work during the past year and the achievements made in fighting terrorist organizations in Syria and Iraq.

Syria’s representative Brig. Gen. Hasan Tarraf praised the center’s important role in fighting terrorism in Syria in Iraq.

Tarraf told SANA’s correspondent in Baghdad that the exchange of information between the four countries, and particularly between Syria and Iraq, played a major role in defeating terrorism in the two countries, affirming that all four member states are keen on developing the center to meet the challenges in the region and the world.
