Army finds weapons, ammunition, and telecommunication devices in al-Mayadeen, Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor, SANA- Syrian Arab Army units found arms, ammunition, and telecommunication devices left behind by Daesh (ISIS) terrorists in al-Mayadeen area in Deir Ezzor southeastern countryside.

SANA reporter said that the army engineering units working in Deir Ezzor continued to comb the surrounding areas to secure them and to dismantle the IEDs and mines left behind by Daesh terrorists, paving the way for the return of locals to the area.

The reporter added that while combing al-Mayadeen area, the engineering unit found weapons, ammunition, and telecommunication devices left behind by terrorists in the eastern countryside of al-Mayadeen area, as they included explosive devices, DShK machineguns, automatic rifles, varied ammunition, and wireless and satellite telecommunication devices.
