Damascus, SANA- Temperatures continue to gradually rise to become from 5 to 7 degrees above average as the country is affected by a high pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general. The wind will be changeable to southeastern of low speed and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 21/08, Daraa 22/09, Homs 19/07, Hama 20/08, Lattakia 21/11, Aleppo 18/06 and Deir Ezzor 21/08.
