New York, SANA – UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that the outcome of the Syrian National Dialogue Congress held recently in the Russian city of Sochi will contribute positively to the Geneva talks.

 In a press conference, Guterres said that the final statement of the Sochi Congress reflected the consensus among all Syrians on building their future,which is in line with the Geneva statement, pointing out that the Congress underlined the procedural steps that will lead to the full implementation of UN Security Council Resolution no. 2254.
