Kuala Lumpur, SANA – Malaysia’s former Prime Minister, Mahathir Mohamad, has called U.S. President Donald Trump an “international bully” and a “villain” for his decision to recognize al-Quds (Jerusalem) as the capital of the Israeli entity.
“ We must use all our power to oppose this villain who is the president of the United States,” Mahathir Mohammad told crowds of protesters in front of the US embassy in the Malaysian capital of Kuala Lumpur on Friday, adding “ Today, we have an international bully who is Trump and we should oppose him and stand in his face,”
He warned that this step will only stir the anger of Muslims.
The Malaysian official called on all Islamic countries to sever their relations with the Israeli occupation entity.
Last week, Malaysian Prime Minister, Najib Razak, urged Muslims worldwide to oppose any recognition of al-Quds as the capital of “Israel”.
