Cuba’s Education Minister: Syria can triumph over terrorism

Havana, SANA – Cuba’s Education Minister Ana Elsa Velazquez strongly denounced terrorist organizations’ targeting of schools and scientific research centers in Syria.

During a meeting with Syrian Ambassador in Cuba Idris Mayya on Tuesday, Velazquez expressed her confidence in Syria ability to triumph over terrorism.

The Cuban Minister welcomed the cooperation between Syria and Cuba in the education field, pointing out to the continuing coordination between the two countries’ delegations in conferences and the international forums.
