Damascus, SANA – The temperatures will rise to become from 3 to 5 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and local rain
showers will fall over the coastal areas.
The wind will be changeable to easterly with a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will continue to rise to become from 4 to 6 degrees above average and the skies will be cloudy in general to
become cloudy and rainy over the northwestern and coastal areas in the afternoon and in the evening.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 23/11, Daraa 23/12, Homs 20/11, Lattakia
22/13, Aleppo, 22/9 and Deir Ezzor 25/9.
