Aleppo, SANA- Hundreds of Aleppo University’s students and representatives of the national parties on Thursday gathered at al-Baath Square in the University’s campus to express their solidarity with the citizens of Ayn al-Arab city where they are besieged by the Islamic State terrorist organization “ISIS”.
Participants in the stand raised national flags and chanted slogans that support the Syrian Arab Army and citizens of Ayn al-Arab who are still stand in the face of terrorism.
They expressed full support to the besieged citizens in Ayn al-Arab city.
Secretary of al-Baath Arab Socialist Party’s branch at Aleppo University, Abdulkader al-Hariri said that the city of Ayn al-Arab will remain “a thorn in the eyes of its enemies.”
He added that the victory over terrorism will be achieved soon, thanks to the Syrian Arab Army’s sacrifices and the wise leadership of President Bashar al-Assad.
