President al-Sharaa thanks Saudi Arabia for hospitality

President al-Sharaa thanks Saudi Arabia for hospitality

Damascus, SANA-Concluding his visit to Saudi Arabia, President Ahmad al-Sharaa thanked the Kingdom and the Saudi people for the hospitality he received.

He said in a statement: “We once again extend our thanks and great appreciation for the distinguished hospitality that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its noble people have bestowed upon us, starting with the fraternal reception that expresses the depth of the relationship between Syria and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the meeting with His Highness the Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, that will mark the beginning of a strategic relationship that contributes to strengthening bilateral relations at various political, security, economic, cultural and service sectors.”

H added “As we leave the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we cannot but also thank their Excellencies and Highnesses who supervised our visit, accompanied us and received us during our visit to Riyadh, then Jeddah and Mecca.”

“We also express our happiness and honor for visiting the Holy Mosque and Kaaba, perform the Umrah rituals, and pray and supplicate for Syria and its people,President  al-Sharaa concluded.
