Damascus, SANA-Head of the General Intelligence Service Anas Khattab said that Our proud people, with all their various sects, have suffered a lot from the injustice and tyranny of the former regime, through its various security apparatuses that spread corruption in the land and caused the people tragedies and wounds.
Khattab added in a press statement that the blessed Syrian revolution triumphed after 13 years of sacrifice and giving, after its sons presented a model of giving, patience and steadfastness.
Khattab pointed out that, in terms of security and intelligence, the security establishment will be reconstituted again, after dissolving all security branches and restructuring them in a manner befitting our people, their sacrifices, and their long history in building nations.
He concluded that we congratulate our great people on this blessed victory, and we promise them that we will stand alongside the rest of the institutions and ministries, hand in hand, to begin the process of construction and development.
