Paris, SANA-French President Emmanuel Macron condemned the terrorist attack that targeted Mar Elias Church in Dweilaa district in Damascus on Sunday .
In a post on platform X, Macron described it as a “heinous attack on Mar Elias Church in Damascus,” expressing solidarity with the families of the victims and the injured.
He reaffirmed France’s support for the Syrian people in their struggle against terrorism and in pursuit of lasting peace.
