Riyadh-SANA-The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia condemned the terrorist attack on Mar Elias Church in the Duwayla area of Damascus, which resulted in dozens of casualties and injuries.
“The Kingdom stresses its rejection of targeting places of worship, terrorizing civilians, and shedding innocent blood, affirming its support for Syria against all forms of violence, extremism, and terrorism.” A statement by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated.
The Ministry also offered its sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to the government and people of Syria, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
