King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud appreciates U.S. President's response to lifting san

Jeddah, SANA- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has praised U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to lift the U.S. economic sanctions imposed on Syria, expressing hope that this move would contribute to supporting development and reconstruction efforts in the country.

The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported that, while chairing a Cabinet session in Jeddah on Tuesday, King Salman reiterated his appreciation for the outcomes of the U.S. president’s visit to the Kingdom.

He also commended President Trump’s response to the efforts made by the Crown Prince to lift the sanctions on Syria, expressing optimism that this decision would help promote development and the rebuilding of the brotherly country.
