Palestinian Presidency welcomes U.S. President's announcement of lifting sanctions on

Ramallah, SANA-The Palestinian presidency has welcomed the announcement by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding the lifting of sanctions on Syria.

In a statement reported by the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), the presidency expressed hope that this decision would serve as another step toward Syria’s recovery, stability, and its leading role in the region.

The presidency reaffirmed Palestine’s support for its Syrian brothers, wishing them continued progress and prosperity. It also praised the significant efforts exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which played a crucial role in achieving the lifting of these sanctions.
