Years went by and the hope to back home remained alive in al-Sarkha town, Damascus countryside

Damascus countryside, SANA-For more than four years al- Sarkha in the Yabroud area in the Damascus countryside exposed to a systematic campaign of destruction launched by Assad’s criminal regime on the town.

According to the mayor of the city, Nassoh Hamoud, about 850 houses were totally or partially destroyed in the locality of 7,000 inhabitants, most of whom speak Syriac in addition to Arabic.

“Afterwards the fall of the former regime, 104 families returned to settle in the town following repairing their partially destroyed homes, Hamoud” told SANA reporter Pointing out that hope in the new Syria helps in the diligent work to rebuild what was destroyed by the defunct Assad regime.
