Damascus, SANA- Acting Minister of Health, Dr. Maher Al-Sharaa, and the President of the Jordanian Medical Association, Dr. Ziad al-Zoubi, and the accompanying delegation, discussed ways to enhance joint health cooperation through exchange of expertise in the field of rehabilitation and training, to improve and develop the quality of health services provided to patients in both countries.
This came during a meeting held at the Ministry of health building.
Dr.al-Sharaa noted the depth of relations between the two countries and the quality of Jordanian medical services, particularly, in the field of training and rehabilitation programs provided to medical personnel.
In turn, Dr. Al-Zoubi expressed his country’s readiness to provide all forms of assistance and cooperation in order to improve the Syrian health situation and provide the best medical services to citizens, indicating that during the previous years, health care was provided to millions of Syrians in Jordan.
