Damascus, SANA- More than 3.5 million students headed for their schools with the beginning of the 2nd semester of the year 2024-2025 and they are distributed among 11,000 schools in all provinces.
“The education directorates in the provinces have completed all necessary preparations to receive students and administrative and teaching staff”, Education Minister, Nazir al-Qadri said in a statement to SANA.
The minister highlighted the role of school and educational cadres in raising generations and enhancing their knowledge and skills.
He also underlined the ministry’s efforts to develop the educational process in line with educational needs and developments.
