Amman, SANA- His Majesty King Abdullah II, King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, congratulated President Ahmad Al-Sharaa on assuming the presidency of the Syrian Arab Republic.
Jordanian News Agency, Petra, said that His Majesty King Abdullah II, sent a cable, in his name and in the name of the people of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and its government, expressing his sincere wishes to President Al-Sharaa for success in leading Syria and serving its brotherly people, stressing Jordan’s support for Syria’s unity, security and stability.
His Majesty King Abdullah II stressed Jordan’s keenness on consolidating cooperation with Syria, standing by the Syrian brothers in developing their country, and maintaining coordination on various issues, in a way that achieves common interests and enhances Arab unity.
