Muscat, SANA-His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of the Sultanate of Oman, sent a cable of congratulations to President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Mr. Ahmad Al-Shara, on the occasion of assuming presidency of the Republic.
The Omani News Agency reported that His Majesty the Sultan expressed in his cable “his sincere wishes to His Excellency President Al-Sharaa for success in leading the sisterly Syrian Arab Republic during this important period, and achieving the hopes and aspirations of the Syrian people towards comprehensive development reforms and secure national stability”.
