Damascus, SANA- A phone call took place between leader of new Syrian administration, Ahmed al-Sharaa, and General Joseph Aoun, President of Lebanese state.
Al-Sharaa expressed congratulations to General Aoun on his election as President of Lebanon, wishing him success in his new tasks.
The two sides underlined the importance of building and developing positive relations between both countries, in addition to strengthening the common benefits that unite them.
