Damascus, Sept. 22 (SANA) Defense Minister Maj. Gen. Murhaf Abu Qasra discussed Tuesday with Lt. Gen. Edward Ahlgren, the British Ministry of Defense’s senior adviser for the Middle East and North Africa, the latest local and regional developments and prospects for expanding defense cooperation and coordination between the two sides.
On August 11, Abu Qasra also met with British Embassy Military Attaché to Syria Col. Steve Forge and his accompanying delegation to discuss regional developments, counterterrorism efforts and support for stability.
