Mecca, Aug. 23 (SANA) The Muslim World League (MWL) strongly condemned Saturday’s terrorist attack on an Internal Security Forces bus in Damascus Countryside.
MWL Secretary-General and Chairman of the Muslim Scholars Association Mohammed bin Abdul Karim al-Issa reaffirmed the League’s rejection of violence and terrorism in all forms and under all pretexts.
Al-Issa expressed full support for the Syrian government’s efforts to combat extremism and terrorism and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
Several Internal Security Forces personnel were injured Saturday when an explosive device detonated on their bus on the Maarounah–al-Tall road in Damascus countryside.
