Manama, Bahrain, July 27 (SANA) Bahrain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Bahrain Kingdom‘s sympathy and solidarity with the Syrian Arab Republic, its leadership, government, and people following the tragic traffic accident on the Deir Ezzor–Damascus highway that claimed dozens of lives and left many others injured.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the ministry extended Bahrain’s sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the Syrian government and people, as well as to the families and relatives of the victims. It prayed for God’s mercy upon those who lost their lives and wished those injured a speedy recovery.
A traffic accident that occurred on Saturday on the Deir Ezzor–Damascus highway claimed the lives of 35 people and injured 30 others.
