Damascus, July 12 (SANA) Foreign Minister and Expatriates Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani extended his condolences on Sunday to the families of the victims who died in a ferry accident in Deir Ezzor.
In a post on X, al-Shaibani expressed his deepest sympathy to the families of the victims and the people of Deir Ezzor, praying for God’s mercy upon those who lost their lives and for patience and strength for their loved ones.
Three people were killed after a ferry collided with the temporary floating military bridge in Deir Ezzor early Sunday, causing passengers to fall into the Euphrates River.
