Aleppo, June 22 (SANA) Aleppo Deputy Governor Fawaz Hilal met on Monday with Dutch Special Envoy to Syria Ambassador Lex Gerts, accompanied by a delegation from the Dutch Foreign Ministry and the Immigration and Naturalization Service, to discuss projects funded by the Netherlands, the governorate said.
The meeting, held at the governorate headquarters, explored prospects for cooperation and coordination with government agencies, along with a number of files of mutual interest to strengthen working relations and support recovery and development efforts, according to a governorate statement on Telegram.
Hilal stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation to improve services and boost local development in Aleppo province.
The meeting was attended by members of Aleppo‘s executive office and the director of the international cooperation directorate, Mahmoud Shehadi.
