Quneitra, May 12 (SANA) Israeli occupation forces advanced Tuesday into the intersection of Umm al-Izam village and in the town of Jabata al-Khashab in northern Quneitra countryside.
SANA reporter in Quneitra said that an occupation force consisting of two military vehicles set up a temporary checkpoint at the Umm al-Izam village intersection and proceeded to search passersby before withdrawing from the area. No arrests were reported.
The reporter added that a second occupation force consisting of four military vehicles advanced into the town of Jabata al-Khashab, also without any reports of arrests, before withdrawing from the town.
Earlier today, an occupation force consisting of five military vehicles advanced along the road connecting the villages of al-Mushayda- al-Mallaqa-al-Hayran, and al-Rafid in the southern Quneitra countryside before withdrawing from the area.
Syria always demands the withdrawal of the Israeli occupation forces from its territory, emphasizing that all measures taken by Israel in southern Syria are null and void.
