Quneitra April 4 (SANA) Residents of Quneitra in southwestern Syria escorted the body of a young man who was killed yesterday in an Israeli airstrike targeting a civilian car.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, the incident took place in the village of al-Za’rura, where a shell fired by an Israeli tank caused the death of one civilian.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the incident, describing it as a violation of international humanitarian law, denouncing the continued aggressive policies against civilians.
The Ministry also urged the international community to assume its legal and humanitarian responsibilities and take immediate steps to end such practices.
