Israeli occupation forces advance into the southern Quneitra countryside and close a road there

Quneitra, April 2 (SANA) Israeli occupation forces on Thursday advanced into the northern part of al-Asbah village in the southern Quneitra countryside and closed the road leading to Koudna village.

SANA reporter said that an Israeli force consisting of four military vehicles and a bulldozer advanced into the northern part of al-Asbah village, set up a checkpoint in the area, searched passersby, and fired at civilians to intimidate them and prevent them from passing.

They also bulldozed the road and closed it with an earthen barrier to prevent passage from al-Asbah village towards Kudna village.

An Israeli occupation force last Tuesday advanced into the road connecting Nabaa al-Fawwar village in the northern Quneitra countryside with Harfa village in the western Damascus countryside.

“Israel” continues its aggression and violations of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement by advancing into southern Syria, attacking civilians through raids and arrests, and bulldozing land.

Syria always demands the withdrawal of the Israeli occupation from its territory, stressing that all measures taken by it in southern Syria are null and void and have no legal effect according to international law.
