Syrian–Qatari Talks in Munich to Promote Women’s Empowerment and Family Support
Social Affairs and Labor Minister Hind Kabawat meets with Qatar’s Minister of State for International Cooperation Mariam bint Ali bin Nasser Al-Misnad

Munich, Feb. 14 (SANA) Syrian Social Affairs and Labor Minister Hind Kabawat met today with Qatar’s Minister of State for International Cooperation Mariam bint Ali bin Nasser Al-Misnad to discuss strengthening cooperation on initiatives that bolster social stability and support sustainable recovery in Syria.

The meeting, held on the sidelines of the 62nd Munich Security Conference, focused on programs that enhance women’s role in peacebuilding and empower families economically and socially. Both sides emphasized continued coordination with international partners to develop sustainable projects that restore families’ self-reliance and expand opportunities for women’s active participation in rebuilding society.

The Munich Security Conference, one of the world’s leading forums on global security and politics, brings together leaders and officials from across the globe to address current challenges and advance international cooperation.
