Riyadh, Feb. 9 (SANA) Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani met on Monday, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan in the Saudi capital Riyadh to discuss regional developments and bilateral relations between the two countries.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the latest regional developments and ways to strengthen cooperation and coordination across various fields, in a manner that serves the mutual interests of Syria and Saudi Arabia.
The talks also addressed prospects for expanding diplomatic engagement and advancing joint efforts in support of regional stability.
Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani arrived in the Saudi capital on Sunday to take part in the meeting of member states of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS in Riyadh.
