Israeli forces shell Tal al-Ahmar in Quneitra and the outskirts of Kouya in Daraa

Israeli forces on Thursday evening targeted Tal al-Ahmar in the eastern Quneitra countryside and the outskirts of Kouya town in the Yarmouk Basin area of western Daraa countryside with artillery fire.

SANA’s reporter in Quneitra said that Israeli forces shelled Tal al-Ahmar with several artillery rounds, adding that the forces also renewed their incursions in the northern countryside of Quneitra as three military vehicles advanced near Umm Batna junction.

Meanwhile, SANA’s reporter in Daraa said that the outskirts of Kouya town came under artillery fire from Israeli forces.

Israel continues its aggressive policies and its violations of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through repeated incursions into southern Syria and attacks on Syrian territory and civilians.

Syria consistently condemns these assaults and calls on the international community to take a firm stance to stop them.
