The “In Devotion to Hama” fundraising campaign concluded Saturday evening with donations exceeding $210 million, according to organizers.
The campaign, held at the stadium in Hama with the participation of President Ahmad al-Sharaa and a wide range of officials and community representatives, aimed to support reconstruction in areas affected by damage, strengthen infrastructure and facilitate the return of displaced families.
A visual presentation shown during the event highlighted Hama’s historical identity, the challenges the governorate faced during years of conflict, and the resilience and contributions of its residents in safeguarding community life and maintaining services.
