Ministry of Economy: All Bakeries in Sweida are working at Full Capacity

Ministry of Economy: All Bakeries in Sweida are working at Full Capacity

Damascus, SANA- Ministry of Economy and Industry confirmed Monday that all bakeries in Sweida Governorate are currently operating at full production capacity to ensure the uninterrupted supply of bread to citizens.

The Ministry’s media office said in a statement: “The Ministry, in cooperation with various governmental and humanitarian agencies, continues to deliver flour to the governorate despite logistical challenges and the surrounding circumstances.”
The office indicated that the Ministry is working to ensure the stability of production operations and the fair distribution of food supplies across all governorates.

“It is also fully prepared to bring in any quantities of any type of basic commodities needed by the (Sweida)governorate’s residents, in support of livelihood stability and the provision of essential needs” the statement added.
