Kuwait, SANA- The Foreign Ministries of Jordan and Kuwait affirmed on Wednesday, their support for Syrian government in its reconstruction efforts to ensure Syria’s stability, unity, and sovereignty.
This came during a meeting between Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs Ayman Safadi and Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, in which they chaired the work of the fifth session of the Jordanian-Kuwaiti Joint Higher Committee, which was held Wednesday in the State of Kuwait, according to Al Mamlaka (“the kingdom”) channel.
Safadi and Al-Yahya reiterated their support for Syria’s reconstruction efforts, emphasizing the importance of rebuilding on foundations that ensure the country’s security, stability, unity, and sovereignty, while also meeting the rights and aspirations of its people.
The two officials also stressed the need to develop relations in the region on the basis of mutual respect, the principles of good neighborliness and non-interference in the internal affairs of countries.
