Berlin, SANA- German Foreign Minister, Johann Wadephul, condemned the terrorist bombing that targeted Mar Elias Church in Dweilaa neighborhood of Damascus .
“We condemn, in the strongest possible terms, the terrorist attack on Mar Elias in Damascus and we express sympathy with the families and wish the injured a speedy recovery” Wadephul said in a post on his account on the X platform Monday.
Wadephul stressed the importance of “going ahead with procedures of transitional justice and policy of reconciliation in Syria.”
