Amman, SANA- Jordan condemned the Israeli attacks on Syria, stressing that these violations constitute a flagrant violation of international law, a blatant violation of Syria’s sovereignty and unity, and a dangerous escalation in the region.
In a statement carried by the Jordanian News Agency, Petra, the official spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in Jordan, Dr. Sufian Qudah, affirmed Jordan’s support for Syria and its security, stability and sovereignty.
He called on the international community to assume its legal and moral responsibilities, compel” Israel” to halt its provocative and illegal attacks on Syrian Arab Republic territory, and end the Israeli occupation of part of its territory.
