Damascus, SANA-Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Asaad al-Shaybani received a phone call Wednesday from his Omani counterpart, Minister Badr Albusaidi.
The Omani Minister congratulated the Syrian people on their victory, stressing his country’s support for Syria in the reconstruction process after the fall of the former regime.
Albusaidi highlighted the need to preserve the stability, security and unity of Syria with its diverse fabric, and to work on boosting cooperation between the two countries.
For his part, Minister al-Shaybani welcomed the call, while stressing the need to develop relations between the two countries, and increase coordination within the framework of consolidating security and peace in the region.
