President Ahmad al-Sharaa, joined by Foreign Minister, Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani, met with U.S. Democratic Senator Jeanne Shaheen and a delegation from the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
The meeting took place during al-Sharaa’s visit to New York, where he is participating in UNGA events.
