Malaysia strongly condemns Israeli attack on Syria

Kuala Lumpur, SANA- Malaysia strongly condemned Israeli raids on Syrian territory, stressing that they represent a flagrant violation of Syria’s sovereignty.

The Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs clarified in a statement published on the Malaysian News Agency “Bernama” website that these attacks constitute a violation of international humanitarian law, international human rights law, and the United Nations Charter.

The ministry called on the international community not to tolerate Israeli attacks on other countries, as they pose a threat to regional and international peace and security.

Additionally, the Malaysian Foreign Ministry urged the UN Security Council to uphold its responsibilities under the UN Charter and take action to halt the cycle of violence in a way that contributes to establishing peace and stability in the region.
