London, April 15 (SANA) Paris Saint-Germain, the defending champions, defeated Liverpool 2-0 at Anfield on Tuesday in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals.
The French side had already won the first leg 2-0, advancing to the semi-finals for the third consecutive time with a 4-0 aggregate.
Ousmane Dembele opened the scoring in the 72nd minute, putting Paris Saint-Germain in control at Anfield.
He added a second goal in stoppage time (90+1), sealing the French club’s place in the semi-finals.
