Aleppo, March 9 (SANA) Al-Shabiba defeated al-Wahda 99–98 in overtime in a Syrian Men’s Basketball League game held at al-Shabiba Hall in Aleppo.
The match remained close until the final seconds, with the score tied 88–88 at the end of regulation to force overtime. Al-Shabiba eventually secured the victory by a single point.
The win moved al-Shabiba into third place with 12 points, level with al-Nawair (first) and Ahli Aleppo (second), while al-Wahda remained on 10 points in sixth place.
