Syrian Karate Team claims 15 medals at Arab Championship in Amman

AMMAN – The Syrian national karate team won 15 medals, including three golds, on the opening day of the Arab Karate Championship in Jordan’s capital.

Gold medals went to Mais Qarrah Fallah, Fawaz Bani Marjeh, and Judy Asfoura, while Os Al-Obeid and Nour Shannan secured silver. Ten other athletes earned bronze across various categories.

The tournament continues tomorrow, with Syria eyeing further success before competing in the upcoming West Asian Championship, also in Jordan.
