Damascus, July 4 (SANA) President Ahmad al-Sharaa on Saturday congratulated President Donald Trump and the American people on the 250th anniversary of the independence of the U.S.
In a post on X, President al-Sharaa said, “In the new Syria, we look forward to building relations based on mutual respect and fruitful cooperation to promote stability and prosperity, serve the aspirations of our peoples, and contribute to security and peace in the region and the world.”
