Berlin, March 30 (SANA) President Ahmad al-Sharaa and the accompanying Syrian delegation visited on Monday Siemens Energy HQ on the sidelines of his official visit to the Federal Republic of Germany.
President al-Sharaa toured Siemens Energy facilities and sections, inspecting the mechanism of the giant company’s works.
The President also witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Syrian Ministry of Energy and the company, as well as the signing of a gas-fired power generation capacity reservation agreement between UCC Holding and Siemens.
President Ahamd al-Sharaa arrived on Sunday in the German capital, Berlin, accompanied by a ministerial delegation, to hold talks with senior German officials on ways to develop bilateral relations and enhance cooperation.
